By creating an account or using Sukun Garden you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose, and written to be read.
Sukun Garden is a listening app: gardens of dhikr, affirmations and reflections, with reminders and a record of your listening. The content is for personal reflection. It is not medical, psychological or religious advice, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional.
We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use Sukun Garden on Apple devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. The recordings, text, artwork and the app itself belong to Sukun Garden or its licensors. You may not copy, record, redistribute, resell, or publicly perform the content, or try to extract it from the app.
Listening to the gardens requires Sukun Garden Premium, an auto-renewing subscription bought through Apple.
Please do not try to break into the app or our servers, interfere with other members, share your account, or use the app for anything unlawful. If you do, we may suspend or close your account.
We add and sometimes retire content, and we change the app over time. We may withdraw a garden or a recording. If we ever stop offering Sukun Garden Premium entirely, we will tell you, and no further charges will be taken.
Sukun Garden is provided as it is. We do our best to keep it working, but we cannot promise it will be free of interruptions or errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law where you live.
These terms are between you and Sukun Garden, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app, its content, maintenance or support, and has no obligation to provide any. Apple is not responsible for any claim relating to the app, including product liability, legal or regulatory claims, or intellectual property claims. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. You confirm you are not in a country under a United States embargo and are not on any United States restricted-party list.
You can end them at any time by deleting your account. We can end them if you break them. Sections on licences, liability and Apple survive.
If these terms change in a way that matters, we will show the change in the app before it takes effect. The date at the top of this page changes with it.
